I wont be getting a rental property through Moura real estate again. Struggled to get my bond because I didnt use their cleaners and cleaned the unit my self. I gave 2 weeks notice and left the place I thought very clean. I rang a week later and they hadnt even checked the place. Rang a week after that and they told me I left dirty window sills. I had to return for work so I got the same unit as they hadnt returned my bond yet. I left 4 weeks after that and they said I left a mark about the size of a drink coster on the $25 chair. They wanted me to pay for a steam cleaner to clean all the chairs and I returned to clean it. And still took a week to get my bond back.
Colleen, Steve and the team are absolutely wonderful and one of the best real estates I've ever come across.
